The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is pleased to announce the Smoke Signals Jackpot has been won once more at Dakota Dunes Casino (DDC), and Mr. Don Farber is now SIGA’s newest millionaire.
Farber arrived at the Dakota Dunes Casino just 20 minutes before cashing in on Smoke Signals. Upon learning of his win, he exclaimed, “It could not happen to a nicer guy!” Don is a truck operator from Porcupine Plain who is described by casino employees as friendly and well-liked.
“On behalf of the Board and employees of SIGA and the Dakota Dunes Casino we would like to formally welcome Don into SIGA’s Millionaires’ Club.” Zane Hansen, SIGA’s President and CEO.
Smoke Signals is a SIGA-wide jackpot that links 52 slot machines at all six casinos. There are three mystery jackpot tiers that increase over time, with specific starting and ending point prize values. The largest mystery jackpot has a minimum value of $1,000,000 and pays out before it hits $2,000,000. Each time a patron plays a Smoke Signals slot machine, any of the jackpots could be triggered.
“Our employees are so excited that we have had another patron win the Smoke Signals Jackpot! If Don was looking to start the new year off on the right foot, I don’t think he could have picked a better way!.” Gary Daniels, General Manager, Dakota Dunes Casino.
As of January 13, 2016, Smoke Signals jackpots paid out a total of $12,245,321.36. Smoke Signals top jackpot has now been reset to one million dollars and can be won at any time.
