The Regina Police Service is asking the public for their help in locating a 14 year-old female who has been the subject of a missing person investigation since September 17, 2016. Since that time, police have made numerous attempts to confirm "sightings" of the teen, but have not been able to establish face-to-face contact with her and there are concerns for her well-being.
Fourteen year-old Shakiya Shayden PAQUACHAN (DOB: 2002/01/03), of Regina was last seen on the 600 block of 6th Avenue in Regina, at 1:50 pm on September 17, 2016 in the company of another female teen (not missing). Shakiya Shayden PAQUACHANis described as being an Aboriginal female, approximately 5'3″, 98 lbs, thin build, with long straight dark-brown hair, and brown eyes.PAQUACHAN was last seen wearing light blue jeans and a tie-dye t-shirt.
At 14 years of age, Shakiya Shayden PAQUACHAN, is a young person and considered vulnerable. She is not attending school and in spite of third-party reports that she has been seen, police need to locate her to ensure that she is safe.
