Fried Saskatoon Berries

Fried Saskatoon Berries
2 Tbsp lard
1 L Saskatoon berries
Sugar
Water
Flour
In a frying or sauce pan, melt lard, and add the Saskatoon berries, sugar to taste, a little warm water and enough flour to thicken, making a runny sauce. Serve warm.
