Access to credit services for fire evacuees
- EFN Staff | July 14, 2015
Access will credit the bills of approximately 1500 La Ronge and Air Ronge customers for the entire evacuation period.
“We’re committed to providing exceptional customer service and support,” says Jim Deane, President and CEO, Access Communications Co-operative. “We want our customers to have one less thing to worry about right now.”
A credit will be applied to customer accounts after the evacuation ends. In the meantime, Access won’t be issuing bills for their services.
Access thanks the TV networks that have agreed to waive charges for the duration of the evacuation in La Ronge and Air Ronge.
Customers can phone the 24/7 Customer Care Centre at 1-866-363-2225 for more information.
