Six charged, more being interviewed, in Montreal Lake rink damage

Six people have been charged in connection with damage that happened yesterday to the Montreal Lake Hockey Arena, and more people are being interviewed.
Waskesiu/Montreal Lake RCMP were called to a break and enter and mischief at the arena yesterday and saw extensive damage, including several broken lobby windows, shattered sheets of ice surface plexi-glass, as well as damage to the majority of walls and ceilings.
Suspects also threw paint on the floor, bleachers, and ice surface boards.
The police investigation have identified a total of 17 adults & youths responsible for the crime. They are all from Montreal Lake Cree Nation and are being interviewed.
Currently one adult, 18-year-old Daniel Bruce Henderson from Montreal Lake, has been charged with the following: break and enter, mischief over $5000, theft under $5000, breach of judge's undertaking, and failure to comply with a sentencer order under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Henderson will be appearing in court tomorrow at 9:30 am in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
Five other youths ranging in ages 13-15 have also been charged in the incident. Due to the age of these youths, their names cannot be released as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The RCMP is working alongside Montreal Lake Cree Nation Chief and Council, band members, youth workers, and child and family services in hopes of resolving this issue. The investigation is still ongoing.
