Notable faces in Trudeau's cabinet

A new 31-person cabinet has been sworn in at Rideau Hall, half of whom are women, two of whom are Indigenous, and all in an attempt of regional representation.
Hunter Tootoo, the MP from Nunavut who beat Conservative incumbent Leona Aglukkaq, is now the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and Canadian Coastguard. Jody Wilson-Raybould, a former regional chief at the AFN and a former Crown Prosecutor from British Columbia, has been given the high profile Cabinet position of Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.
Long-time Liberal MP Carolyn Bennett has been named Minister of Indigenous and Northern Affairs, and long-time Saskatchewan Liberal MP Ralph Goodale is the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
