Bannock, Bernards Moms

Ingredients
- 5 C flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3/4 C lard, melted
- 1-1/2 C milk
- 1-1/2 C water
Instructions
Make a well with the flour and add baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then add melted lard, milk, and water.
Form into approximately 1 inch thick. Bake at 450 F on a cookie sheet.
